A lone figure stands on a snow covered bridge surrounded by some of the city’s only inhabitants that seem unconcerned with the dropping temperatures. As the cold weather returns and a chance of snow is forecast for the weekend, conditions are ripe for traditional winter entertainments in the city’s parks.
