The St. Petersburg RBI Holding celebrated the 20th anniversary on real estate market with millionth square meter, the new ground area and the creation of "little Finland" a 10-minute drive from the city.
"W built our first house in 1995 city. It was a panel construction comprised of 76 apartments,” siad the President of RBI Holding Eduard Tiktinsky as he began the company’s traditional annual meeting with reporters. “Today we are implementing projects for hundreds of thousands of square meters of accomodation, and the new St. Petersburg suburb - Mistola Hills, which is being created by us, is one of them. The district will be located on 16.5 hectares, and we are pleased to show it off.The showhouse isnow ready, where apartments are being prepared for painting and finishing touches." The showhouse is a three-storey brick monolith, which includes 12 apartments of varying layouts (from one- to three- bedroom flats). The comfort and care that went into the project were a result of thorough planning. The future residents of Mistola Hills from the outset will experience spacious entrances with glass doors, pram storage rooms, spacious pantries, plenty of light and high-quality public areas, corresponding to the business class level of housing. The elegant exterior of the building, created by a consortium of Finnish and Russian architects, emphasizes the picturesquely painted facade, which uses not just decorative elements but also attributes of the addresses: In Mistola Hills are to be found Malinivaya (Raspberry) Lane, Chernichnaya (Blueberry) street, Moroshka (Cloudberry) street and Brysnichny (Lingonberry) hill. Apartments are distinguished by European-style ergonomic layout. The feeling is of being in Finland, which increases when you get to the large, glassed-in loggia. The design is complemented by high-quality entrance doors, engineering solutions and of course the opportunity to buy a fully-finished apartment made by one of three design bureaus.
"Despite the fact that we have a high rate of sales (60 percent of the first stage has already been sold), I would not say that buyers have yet enjoyed all the delights of Mistola Hills. The suggested format of low-rise apartment buildings providing its own infrastructure are not often found in the Leningrad region, but those who buy now, just benefit as the prices will rise," said Tiktinsky.
Modern buyers of such low-rise countryside housing are mostly families with children, tired of the hustle and bustle of the city and looking for urban comfort in natural surroundings. Many future dwellers of Mistola Hills are active young people who are attracted to the project by the environment and the thought that has gone into the development. A family doctor’s office, kindergarten, administrative complex, a shopping complex, two mini-stadiums, sports fields and playgrounds will all be in the neighborhood. An active and healthy lifestyle is contributed to by the landscape — more than 2 kilometers of supports have been set into the landscape to retain the beauty of the hills that nature created.
